Natalie Jimenez is Principal of Heritage Early Childhood School. She joined the Heritage community in 2020 as Assistant Principal before moving into the Principal role in 2021. Prior to joining Heritage, she served for six years as an Assistant Principal in Arlington Heights, IL and taught early childhood grades for nine years in Chicago, IL. She enjoys working with students, staff, and families to provide positive learning experiences for the school community. Amy Fugate is our Assistant Principal. She joined Heritage ECS in 2021, but has served other schools in the district. She supports student intervention, special education and loves creating positive relationships with our students and their families. The school nurse is Teri Garlich. She started in the building in 2018, and brings 25 years of pediatric experience in nursing. Teri provides health services in the school by treating injuries and illnesses and managing health issues.
Katie Heintzelman is the Innovation Specialist at Heritage ECS. Katie supports teachers with curriculum and technology integration. She also helps plan lessons and activities in the Innovation Hub, alongside the Innovation Hub Aide and classroom teachers.
