Benjamin Schneider
Principal
Benjamin Schneider is excited to be a part of the Heritage family! He is joining from Endeavor elementary where he was the assistant principal since 2021. Prior to being the assistant principal, he served as the K-4 music specialist at Maple Dale Elementary in the Sycamore school district for 7 years, including being the summer school administrator for K-4 elementary schools at Sycamore. Mr. Schneider can't wait to continue to create a great environment for the staff, students, and community of Heritage.
When Mr. Schneider is not at Heritage, he enjoys planning activities with his son Michael (who is a 6th grader) such as going to the trampoline park, playing Fortnite, and visiting friends and family!

Chelsea Nichols
Assistant Principal
Chelsea Nichols is the Assistant Principal of Heritage Early Childhood School. She is excited to join the Heritage community for the 2024-2025 school year. Before joining Heritage, she worked for seven years as an intervention specialist in Bellbrook, Ohio. She values the importance of creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. She is dedicated to supporting the school community and helping build a strong foundation for our youngest learners. Kimberly Nunley
Office Manager
Kim Nunley has been at Heritage since 2021. Her primary role is to support parents, many of whom have a child in school for the first time, through the daily routines. She can be reached at kimberly.nunley@lakotaonline.com.
Christina Tserng
Office Secretary

Dawn Hill
Counselor

Theresa Garlich
Nurse
The school nurse is Teri Garlich. She started in the building in 2018, and brings 25 years of pediatric experience in nursing. Teri provides health services in the school by treating injuries and illnesses and managing health issues.
Christa MacFarlane
Teacher - Teacher Leader
An Instructional Coach that helps teachers implement curriculum and instructional technology so that they can provide impactful instruction to help students grow.
